The unit has a spacious living room with a fireplace, large windows, and moldings. There is also a large formal dining room. There are three large bedrooms (3 king beds) and one smaller bedroom (1 twin bed). The pictures speak for themselves. Prepare to go to heaven! There are tons of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater all within walking distance. Famous Vermont Avenue and Hillhurst Avenue are less than a ten minute walk away. Griffith park (zoo, hiking, children's park, pony rides, train rides and museum, picnic area) is less than 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride away.

The Area: There are tons of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater all within walking distance. Famous Vermont Street and Hilhurst Street are less than a ten minute walk away. Griffith park (zoo, hiking, children's park, pony rides, train rides and museum, picnic area) are less than 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride away. Lastly, the heart of Los Angeles's famous 'Sunset and Vine Street' (Walk of Fame) is less than 4 miles away. You are centered in a green, safe neighborhood, yet you are in the heart of everything Los Angeles has to offer. Additionally, there are two covered parking spots (secured with gates), and a spacious deck that is perfect for BBQ's and lounging in the sun. You will have worries on your vacation with this perfect, economical flat!

Guest Book: Owner was a pleasure to deal with. My children loved the celebrities in the flat below this one. The photos do not do justice to how spacious and beautiful the rooms are. The flat is very convenient to most everything you would want to do in LA. The neighborhood is peaceful and green. There are many wonderful restaurants on nearby Vermont Street.
