- 50% deposit with reservation, balance & sec. deposit ($250) due 30 days before arrival.
- All terms are expressed in US Dollars. Cancellation policy: notice must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the property is re-rented at the same rate, a full refund will be made, otherwise a pro-rata adjustment will be made in the refund, if any. We accept personal and certified bank checks, money orders, wire transfers, direct bank deposits/transfers through Bank of America and credit cards through PayPal. No over payments will be accepted or refunded. Any refunds will be made after 45 days of receipt.
- Please add 7% Maine Lodging Sales Tax, $250 refundable Damage Security Deposit and $125 cleaning fee to all weekly rates. Contact owner for discount information for repeat guests and multiple weeks.
