The Crabapple Executive Luxury Home is 5 miles to the west of I 17 off of 67th Ave. & 5 miles north of Hwy. Loop 101 bordering Glendale/Peoria in the NW corner of the Phoenix metro. 2 hospitals are within 5-10 miles. Sport enthusiasts can quickly get to Spring Training Baseball stadiums, Cardinals and Coyotes' Stadiums. Various Shopping Malls are 10-20 min. away. Downtown Phoenix, professional sports venues and it's major attractions are south on I 17. Just to the north is Lake Pleasant Recreational Area, Sedona is 1.5 hours north, Flagstaff is 2.5 hours, Grand Canyon is 4 hours north. You may just want to take a scenic walk around the beautifully landscaped neighborhood side walks and catch the hot air balloons rising above the mountains to the north. Children under 12 not allowed due to the unfenced pool in the back yard which is accessible from French doors and side gate. Liability waiver can be discussed.
There is a bedroom on the main level with it's own bathroom but not a handicap coded bathroom and doorways are standard width. An elderly guest can access this bedroom the family room and wet bar without going up steps. Kitchen & Dining Room is raised up on the main level with a 2 stair access from the family room. From the entry on the main level the living room is sunken 1 step and has 2 steps up the the Dining Room and Kitchen.
