Beautiful tile and hardwood floors. Ceiling Fans in Living Room, Dining Area, Master Bedroom, and Guest Room. Three sky lights in vaulted ceiling of family room. Kitchen has corian® counter tops with real decorative tile work. Boathouse has electric Ski Doo lift and plenty of mooring cleats for two boats. Main first floor has a large deck that spans the entire width of the house and has amazing sunrises and great star gazing nights.
Vacation Rental Amenities: Homeowners have a pier fishing license so you can fish off the boathouse pier.
