Ocean Lakes requires a security/parking pass before you can access the property. The parking fee is $3 per day per vehicle; charged by and paid to Ocean Lakes. A maximum of three vehicles (not including golf carts) will be allowed on the property. Golf cart trailers and other vehicles may be parked in a common area inside the security gate on the property. You will need to make arrangements with Ocean Lakes for this parking.
Linen Service is available for an additional charge of $95. Linens include sheets, bath and hand towels. Beach towels are not provided. Pillows are provided with anti-allergy covers. -
Deposit: A reservation deposit of $500 for each time period up to seven days will hold the property. The deposit will need to be check, money order or certified check. No cash, travelers check or credit cards.
Payments: One-half (50%) of the rental fee & an executed copy of the renters agreement is due within 30 days of your reservation. The remainder of the fees are due 60 days prior to the stay.
Refunds: We will make every effort to accommodate full refunds of your payments if cancellations are made 60 days before your arrival, minus any expenses. Within 60 days, we will attempt to get the property rented & refund all of your money. If we have to discount the fees to get the property rented, we reserve the option to deduct that from the refund.

- The upstairs master features a walk-in closet, king bed and private master bathroom. Bathroom has a full tub/shower and double-sink vanity. Also upstairs, the queen and double bed bedrooms share a full separate bathroom and have their own large closets. Some of the bedrooms have TVs with remote control. The downstairs queen bedroom has a private entry into the full bathroom. The queen pull-out sofa is out of the walk path. Late night viewing of the TV from the pull out will not disturb other guests nor get in the way of early risers. Pillows for all bedrooms with non-allergy covers are included.
