1) Ocean Lakes requires a $5/day/vehicle parking pass before you can access the property. Generally, two (2) Passes are included unless otherwise stated. Up to 2 additional Passes can be purchased.
2) Minimal Insurance is required in addition to the fully refundable Security Deposit.
OPTIONAL FEES:
1) Linens and bath towels are optional - bring your own or pay the linen service company for a complete set of sheets and bath towels for $103
2) General Cleaning is requested of all renters and, if complete, no cleaning fee will be charged; emptying the trash, vacuuming and sweeping and so on...
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
***Holidays - Additional $150 for Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Easter
***Thanksgiving & Christmas - Additional Charges depend on length of stay and quoted separately - *********All charges quoted when paying via check. Credit card fees are deducted from the Security Deposit.*********
2013 RESERVATIONS more than 90 days before rental: A signed and completed copy of the Rental Agreement and a reservation deposit is required to hold/guarantee your week. The remainder of all fees are due 60 days prior to your stay.
2013 RESERVATIONS less than 60 days before rental: A signed and completed copy of the Rental Agreement and all rental fees are due.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All Security Deposits will be requested via PayPal 7-15 days prior to your arrival. These are refunded - minus and charges - within 48 hours of your departure.

- The upstairs master features a walk-in closet, king bed and private master bathroom. Bathroom has a full tub/shower and double-sink vanity. Also upstairs, the queen and double bed bedrooms share a full separate bathroom and have their own large closets. All of the upstairs bedrooms have TVs with remote control. The downstairs queen bedroom has a private entry into the full bathroom. The queen pull-out sofa is out of the walk path. Late night viewing of the TV from the pull out will not disturb other guests nor get in the way of early risers. Pillows for all bedrooms with non-allergy covers are included.
