Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holidays are at $650/nt for up to 12 guests, then $25/nt for each extra. 3 day minimum.
- 2012 Pricing:
Off Season: Jan, Feb, Mar( 1, 26-31 ), Apr, Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec
• $450/nt for 1st 6 guests for Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights
• $375/nt for 1st 6 guests for Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed nights
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays at $675/nt for up to the first 12 guests
• Additional guests at $25/nt
• 6% tax on the total
• The Casita is always included at no charge with your rental.
• Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Season ( Dec 21 – Jan 1 )
High Season: Mar ( 2-25 ) May, June, July, and August
• $575/nt for up to the first 8 guests
• Two night Minimum, except holidays, which are three night minimum
• Holidays at $675/nt for up to the first 12 guests

Minimum 3 night rental for Holidays. - A deposit equal to one night's rental will secure your dates. When we receive the payment for the outstanding balance in the week prior to your arrival, we will send you an acknowledgment with a map, directions, gate code, a lock box code for the keys, a list of what to bring/not bring, etc.
