Welcome to M. Paddy Cakes! Our fully restored 1930’s apartment building is ideal for families, Girl Scout groups and pet friendly groups. We took a very neglected building and brought her back to life through extensive renovation. M. Paddy Cakes is the entire downstairs apartment of the two story building. The two upstairs units have long-term, very quiet renters. Two blocks from the ocean, M. Paddy Cakes offers everything you need for a beach vacation including plenty of room to be together as a family or alone as a couple. Complimentary High Speed DSL or WiFi enables you to stay connected as needed. We've decorated our home with bright, cheerful and whimsical art from local artists and with loads of character! Pets are welcome and there is no limit to number or size of pet. There is a small fenced in back yard with lots of place to walk dogs. The Tybee Off Leash Dog park is 5 blocks away. We look forward to welcoming you to Maddy Paddy's favorite beach hideaway!

M. Paddy Cakes is walking distance to dining, shopping, pubs, and the fishing pier. Two blocks to main front beach on the Atlantic Ocean and Tybee Island Marine Science Center. Located on 2nd Ave- this is the island's main bike trail and bike riding is the preferred mode of transportation! Fifteen minute drive to Paula Deen's Uncle Bubba's Seafood Kitchen on Wilmington Island and 25 minute drive to Paula Deen's famous Lady and Son's Restaurant in Savannah.

Notes: This is a ground level home, not ADA approved, but easy access for older people. Multiple pets welcome. Small fenced yard, lots of places to walk dogs. 5 blocks to the large off-leash Tybee Dog Park. Ideal for children of all ages! Also great home for Girl Scout groups visiting Savannah.
