Winter Park House Details
Dining & Living Area Details: We have a separate dining room that will accommodate 8 with additional seating at the bar if needed. There is a child’s booster chair available and high chair upon request. We have even catered to the young traveler with a nice room offering them their own TV with a Play Station 2, and several games to choose from. There is a toy box full of great things from coloring books to out door sunglasses that is sure to entertain them during their stay. In the main living area there are separate area's for gathering or just to kick back with a good book or enjoy some sports in front of a large screen TV. There is a separate area with drop down desk for internet access for those of you who just have to work. No land line phone, you will need to bring your own cell phone.
Beach Gear, Outdoor Amenities & Laundry Room: We also offer a wonderful outdoor area fully fenced and private with solar lighting for your evening enjoyment. There is ample patio seating if you wish to enjoy outdoor dining on the BBQ grill, which we supply with all your grilling needs. If you’re off to the beach for the day make sure to take along some of our beach items for the kid’s enjoyment, and don’t forget to grab the beach chairs and towels. We also offer a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. You will also find in the laundry room a retractable laundry line, fire extinguisher, iron, and a few cleaning supplies if needed. Thank you for taking a look at our home, we look forward to having you join us.
