For Rental Periods Less than 7 Nights: 'All Inclusive' rates only include taxes. Cleaning fees will apply. Well Maintained Homes - property maintains home service contracts to cover all major appliances as well as the air conditioning units. Well Preserved Homes - our home is always beautiful, clean and welcoming. We perform the following services; Weekly Exterior and Monthly Interior Extermination, Per Rental SPA Service, Bi-Weekly Landscaping Service & Monthly Weed Treatments.
