Beach Bungalow is 1/2 mile from Seaside and closer to the beach than many Seaside homes and most homes in Watercolor.

Enjoy morning coffee on the cottage’s Adirondack loveseat facing a forest of pine trees, magnolias and coastal live oaks. It is a short walk or bike ride to the beach and only ½ mile to Seaside. The Watercolor Community surrounds our neighborhood. Explore the nature trails, state parks, bike paths, coastal dune lakes and other areas of interest along Scenic 30-A. Tucked away in a quiet area, Beach Bungalow is the perfect couples’ escape. Yet the restaurants, shopping and night life of 30-A are close at hand. Beach Bungalow sleeps two adults. Minimum age requirement is 22. No children and no pets are allowed. There is parking for one guest vehicle only. Housekeeping charges are included. Arrive and depart on any day of the week.
