Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer ... June 3 thru August 11 -- $1,607/week (no nightly rates)
Fall ... August 12 thru October 27 -- $1,192/week or $236/night
Winter ... October 28 thru March 2 -- $914/week or $153/night
Spring ... March 3 thru June 2 -- $1,192/week or $236/night -
A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation (personal checks accepted). The balance of the rental fee is due at least one week before your arrival date.
Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notification is made 30 days or more prior to arrival date - 100% deposit will be refunded. If cancellation notification is made 29 days or less prior to arrival date - 25% cancellation fee will apply.
