* * * Well-behaved Pets and Kids (over age 5) are welcome as long as they are declared and you pick up after them. We may increase the deposit amount if there are multiple animals. If there are no damages, the entire deposit is returned.
* * * There is No Smoking on the property. This includes the indoor and outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking found on the property, including odors, butts, or burn marks from marijuana or tobacco products, will result in a $1000 charge and possible eviction. ** - A NOTE ABOUT RATES: We prefer to list our rates at a set price with all fees & taxes already included, but that's not really conducive to this site. As a result, we have removed the tax amount so that you can better compare us to other rentals and lodging alternatives. We'd rather have you looking at our photos and reading our descriptions, not adding up fees & taxes to determine the total cost of your stay. Furthermore, we don't want to give you the impression that our lodging is one price and then surprise you later with fees that increase the total amount just as you're getting ready to pay. If you ever have any questions about our rates, please ask before booking.
