- Ocean views from both baths (assuming you are 5'5 or taller), custom tile and cabinetry, walk-in showers with guest bath deep enough to use as a tub. Vanities are small but with plenty of storage, Luxurious towels, Hand rail at entry, TOTO Toilets - ADA height with self-closing lids (teak step stool for smaller children available) Ceilings in bath and dressing areas were raised to 9.5' in our remodel. Custom designed closets by Maui Closet, Ceiling fans, full length mirror, Unique design offers 'His n Her' baths when just two are renting.

- Both Bedrooms have ceiling fans dressing room and full bath with walk-in shower (deep enough for tub in twin bath) Twin Bedroom (bunks or a single): For families of 4 the wall bed converts the single twin into bunk beds. For 3, adults, just drop down the lower bunk. A sliding screen will provide privacy. We think this is a comfortable and unique way to offer a second private sleep zone or a spacious one bedroom with a double bath. We can also accommodate 4 adults using the queen sleep sofa in the living room. 4 is our maximum occupancy - Our association strictly enforces this occupancy. King Bedroom: enlarged and reconfigured enlarged dressing area - ocean views from walk-in shower, wall of windows with teak Plantation shutters slides away to open view. Listen to waves or use LCD TV or desk with printer, WIFI, high-speed Internet Central A/C throughout
