Distinctive oceanfront lodging for the discerning adult traveler(16 or older). Large pool and sunning area overlooking the open Caribbean Sea mere yards away. Guests have full (shared) use of gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and guest living room for games, socializing, dining, etc. For alfresco cooking and dining there is a large covered terrace with a gas grill as well. Wireless internet is available.

Casa de Morgan is a small three room oceanfront resort on the equisite, tiny isle of Isla Mujeres, a mere 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, but a world away from Cancun's frantic 'party hearty' atmosphere. We are found on the Caribbean side of the island about 3/4ths. of the way to Punta Sur (south point). Beachcombing, shelling, swimming, and relaxing by the pool are the featured activities at the Casa. We are an adult facility 16 and over.

Cabaña Room : The Pricing is $20 dollars per night higher in the Cabaña Room than the Terrace and Patio Rooms in each of the three seasons posted in the pricing/rate section.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation canceled outside of 30 days prior to reservation are subject to a 15% penalty of the total reservation or one nights lodging charge, whichever is the greater amount. Inside of thirty days, no refunds are given.
