The best oceanfront value on the East Coast! This Pelican Point Villa is perfect for a quiet get-away or family gathering on the beach. The four bedroom, three bath, 2000sf house sleeps ten in two Kings, one Queen, two Twins and a pull out Queen sofa. Fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, parking underneath the house, fireplace and outdoor shower. The home comes complete with high chair, pack-n-play, beach chairs, toys, linens, two TVs with VCRs and a stereo. Each rental comes with one vehicle pass and full use of the Beach and Racquet Club (Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground,sand volleyball and basketball.) Pelican Point is just one row wide, so the screened porch and deck faces the ocean for gorgeous sunrises and the open porch faces the marsh for colorful sunsets. Just outside the door is a boardwalk that leads to a private, uncrowded beach stretching for two and a half miles.
