- $75 cleaning fee per reservation is additional.
- $200 per week deposit required at time of booking with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival need to be paid in full at time of booking. Cancellations: within 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival all monies refundable except $100. Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to arrival forfeit all monies paid.

Queen luxury supreme pillow-top mattress in Master Bedroom; two (2) twin supreme pillow-top mattresses in 2nd bedroom. There is a premium auto-inflatable high-end air-mattress that fits into the living area's sofa for additional sleeping space for 2 adults.
