Seabrook Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Less than a 1 week stay, add $200 cleaning fee
- Reservation Information: All reservations require a 20% deposit to hold all dates. The balance of the payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note rental dates in the memo section of all checks. A confirmation will be issued upon receipt of your deposit indicating the terms and specific dates of your stay.
- Refund Policy: All payments are refundable up until 60 days prior to the initial reservation date. Within 60 days of the reservation, all payments become non-refundable. In the event of cancellation within 60 days, we will make every attempt to re-rent the property and will refund the amount collected from the new guest (which could be less than your original payment(s)).
