This 4-bedroom, 3-story home has 8 ocean, sound, and canal view decks, balconies, and porches offering views of water on all four sides. You will see the wetlands and wildlife, dolphins following shrimp boats in the ocean (bring binoculars), and yachts and sailboats gliding up and down the waterway. Third Floor: Enjoy leisure time with your group around the large, open living area, including the great room with vaulted ceilings, expansive kitchen-dining room, and furnished screened porch. Here you can enjoy games, cable TV, movies (VCR or DVD), music, group dining and entertaining, high speed wireless internet, grilling on the screen porch, even dancing on the hardwood-like floors. There is a laundry room and a half bathroom. The family room has 2 queen size sleeper sofas and an adjacent small bedroom with double bed. The bedroom sleeps 2 and is good for kids who want to stay up late or an an aging parent. There is an ocean view and deck which is accessible from the kitchen.

The reverse floor plan provides the most impressive views of the environs for bird watchers, nature lovers, and the curious. Backyard: Outside in the back there is a fenced-in yard and playground and patio-deck with a shaded hammock. there is a shared private ingrond swimming pool and a shared boat ramp with a private boat-fishing dock on a private canal that leads to the intracoastal waterway and to the ocean in 15 min.
