The two separate bedrooms share a full bathroom. It exits to the garage or to the back yard/patio where there is a shower with hot and cold water that is enclosed for privacy. A third door leads upstairs. The ground level has 2 air conditioners and a dehumidifier. Backyard: Outside in the back there is a fenced-in yard and playground and patio-deck with a shaded hammock.
