OWNERS ON SITE / THE ALOHA SPIRIT: We have lived on the Big Island full time since January,2002. We have been coming here since 1981. We know this island very well. We can assist you in choosing where to go and what to do. We can normally get you 'local' discounts on many of your activities. We both feel like we are good will ambassadors for the Big Island. We only live 20 minutes away. We can immediately take care of your needs. We extend a lot of personal Aloha to our guests. We have arranged weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, and parties. We have taken many of our guest golfing so they can get the maximum 'owners' discount. We have taken our guests out for scuba diving. We have let our guests use our personal golf clubs. We have received special delivery items and taken them to our guests. We know all of the best restaurants and bars. We know where &where to go, and how to take advantage of any discounts. We are semi retired and rely on this rental income. We take care of our guest
