Pacifica House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400/night; 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 8; $500/night; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, sleeps 11; $600/night, weekend; 2 nights minimum stay $600/night, holidays Monthly rates are negotiable $800 refundable damage security deposit required to complete booking. This deposit will be returned after your stay provided the premises and its contents are left in an acceptable manner and keys returned. House is guaranteed to you when payment is received. Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed. Cleaning fee $150, cleaning service prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay. City bed tax 10% in US dollars. We accept cash, direct bank deposit, personal checks only for US residence.

For cancellation more than 45 days before your arrival date, all monies will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $100 and 5% reversal fee for credit card transactions.
For cancellation 45 days or less before arrival date, we will refund the damaged deposit and cleaning fee. As a courtesy, if we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share, as appropriate. But, we reserve the right to keep the rental amount.
House is available year round. Please make your reservation as early as possible to ensure booking.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.

Our vacation home is 8 minutes drive to SFO (airport), close to Highway 1 coastal scenic drive overlooking the Pacific ocean and 8 minutes drive to downtown San Francisco and all major tourist attractions, restaurants and nightlife. There are several hiking trail around (closest is 100 feet) and numerous public golf courses nearby, some overlooking the Pacific ocean. Property type: Single family home suitable for big or small groups. Can accommodate 2 to 14 people. Rent the entire house and have a fireplace, movie projector, front and rear patio, family room with ocean and hill view. House is planned to suit 2-4 bedrooms. It has front and rear patio for outdoor entertaining and lots of off-street parking.
2-3 bedroom has living room; dining room; front patio; bathroom with vanity, basin, toilet, tub/shower; fully fitted kitchen has stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, granite counter top, lovely cabinetry; laundry has washer/dryer. 2-4 bedroom area has living room; dining room; family room with fireplace and sliding door to patio; front and rear patio; bathroom has vanity, basin, toilet, tub/shower; fully fitted kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, granite counter top, lovely cabinetry; laundry has washer/dryer.
