A short walk down Ocean Dr. past the golf coarse or call for free shuttle service(4th & 5th Ocean Dr)! Balconies & views galore- in the front, the Atlantic Ocean & access to a private, RARE membership beach across the street (Inch Beach); in the back, view the 30' step down wooden dock & 100' wide canal down the entire length w/ fast direct access to the ocean & gulf (via Vaca Cut). This area is also very private and spacious (no 'close quarter' patios on either side of boat dock like other KCB properties). Then grill your 'catch' on the '09 SS gas grill on the oceanview balcony! This beautiful, bright tropical furnished living room/dining room area [photos #4 & #5] has a vaulted ceiling and many windows plus two triple glass sliding doors (new screens 2008) leading to the '09 gas grill, patio table, and 6 chairs/1 lounger! The living room and both bedrooms have cable with a 27 inch color TV with NEWER DVD/VCR in the living room and a 21 inch color TV with VCR in the master bedroom. Also stereo/speakers in hall, portable iPod docking station with AM/FM radio (take it to Inch Beach w/ earphones) and a NEWER master bedroom CD/alarm/clock radio.
KING Master / TWO twins / QUEEN Sleeper Sofa: The master & guest bedrooms [photos #7 & #9] have double glass sliding doors (re-screened 2008) with that beautiful canal view. Even the master bathroom [photo # 8] has glass block window for bright sunlight over soaking tub, separate shower stall, 2 sinks & linen closet.
