All rents are subject to a 8% county occupa.ncy tax - Oct 2012 thru May 2013, $190.00 per night. Stay 2 nights, 3rd night 1/2 price. Cleaning included. A $100.00 deposit will reserve your dates with the balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Personnel checks or credit cards accepted.
