Quiet and tranquil setting, television in each bedroom area, maid service three times per week, DVD and CD player and DVDs and CDs for your use. Situated in the prestigious Conchas Chinas area amidst million dollar homes, sits our condo, directly on the best beach in the area. You view directly onto the pool and garden area of the secure, enclosed courtyard. The beach is directly in front of the complex.

The night life sizzles, deep-sea fishing is excellent, tennis, and golf are nearby, and signs of interest abound. In addition, you can catch the local bus to Mismaloya or Punta Mita and other areas as they catch your interest. You are on the best beach in the area, and the city beach is very accessible - just ten-fifteen minutes walking away.
