Choose to eat at the formal dining area or at the breakfast bar that overlooks the lanai. After a swim in the pool, enjoy a game of billiards or some high-energy hotshot basketball in the game room.
The driveway holds up to 4 cars and additional space for off-street parking is available. This home is located in a private and secured development which features a clubhouse for Terra Verde residents and visitors. Among the amenities in the clubhouse is a large custom-designed pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, large game room, arcade, beach volleyball and tiki bar. Also, remember that this area is only a 45 minute drive to Florida's Coco Beach, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral Space Center, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater Beach Area.
