BJ's Mountain Retreat is located 5 miles from Banner Elk, NC. We are convenient to all area attractions and activities. Our Cabins are in a private, secluded area with spectacular views. Some activities we are only minutes from include snow skiing (SugarSki - 8 miles, Ski Beech - 9 miles), fishing, white water rafting, golfing, hiking, and swimming. The cabins offer great views. If you are an early riser, you might enjoy sitting on the deck with you morning cup of coffee, watching the sun come up as you listen to the woods awaken with the sounds of nature. If you prefer relaxing in the late afternoon while rocking on the deck, you will see some of our spectacular sunsets. The Poplar Ridge is great for family reunions.
