The comfortable guest master is located downstairs with a queen bed and its own full bath also with marble floors, counters and tiled shower/tub combination. Also on the first floor is the 3rd bedroom which is furnished as a den with 2 desks, high speed internet, printer, scanner, and flat monitor. There is also a sitting area with sofa (that pulls out into a queen sized sleeper) coffee and end tables.
