We just finished remodeling this property. While renovating, we lowered our rates considerably. Now that the work is about done we have decided to leave the prices where they are. Available for you now is a large, clean, safe, privately owned home for rent just 2 blocks from the Sea of Cortez (150 paces). Stores, shops, the beach, and great restaurants are located nearby. If you are searching for a 5 star luxury beach front villa, this may not be the rental for you. If you are however, searching for a fantastic, updated, economical, unique vacation house we can help you. Fully equipped and nicely decorated. Sometimes the beach can be crowded, noisy and expensive. We are offering a great alternative. The street is very quiet. Parking is ample. Its all here waiting for you.
