* Children are welcome. 2 high chairs and 2 strollers on site. Cribs can be rented and delivered to house.
* 3 night minimum late fall and winter, except 7 night minimum during Christmas/New Year Holidays.
* 5 night minimum spring and high season, Thanksgiving.
* Shorter stays accepted for infill or if less than 1 month prior to dates, or if minimum stay rate is paid.
* $150 Exit Clean, $200 for large groups of 7+. Weekly Cleaning at $150 required for multiple week stays. More frequent Maid Service is available.
* $500 Security Deposit, fully refundable if no damages or excess cleaning charges.
* No tax (Currently not required due to location's commercial zoning.)
* Pay by personal check or money order. - * Reservation deposit of 1/2 rent is due within one week of verbal reservation, paid by check. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are considered binding. We will issue a refund if we are able to rebook the dates, less a $50 administration fee.
* Sorry, pets not allowed.
* No Smoking inside; smokers may use the covered front porch or back patio.
* All bedrooms, dens, and sleeping areas meet code for fire-safe egress to outdoors through windows or doors.
* Location in commercial zone allows unlimited vacation rentals.

All mattresses are firm and high quality, and all sheets are fine 100% cotton. Sleeper sofas have new mattresses. Down pillows and duvets for all beds, with allergy-free bedding available as needed. Historic adobe house with fresh, fun furnishings: Built in the 1920's, the carefully updated adobe house is beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of neat antiques, plush sofas and firm beds. Original art by New Mexico artists and Southwest collectibles are on display, and richly colored Oriental rugs brighten the oak floors throughout. Flower gardens in front and back yards. Private huge hot tub has a cover lifter for easy access; enjoy the stars as you relax with foot jets and waterfall. The house is thoughtfully stocked to make your stay pleasant, including two stereos, four cable TV's, and a video collection of movies made in Santa Fe and more. Free Wi-Fi. Sundries such as laundry and bath soaps are supplied.
Perfect for Families, and Groups large or small: Capitol Casa is 2500 sq.ft., plus a big front porch with a view of the Capitol. Garden patio has furniture, grills, chimenea, view to the mountains. A spacious bedroom/den with games,toys, TV/Stereo is downstairs, nicely separated from the main living area. Kitchen is fully equipped for serving 16; dining table expands to seat 16. Carport, off-street parking for 3 cars. Free parking on-street. A block away are playgrounds with structures, basketball hoops.
Gal pals love this house....Couples groups too: Groups of women love to stay here. Up to 9 can sleep in separate beds, with 3 more in 2 sleep sofas and a roll-away twin. for a total of 12 singles sleeping alone. Three full bathrooms, the 7-person hot tub and robes to get to it, the fully equipped kitchen, the variety of places to chat, and the close walking to everything downtown Santa Fe offers all make it a great home base for a reunion. Or 5 couples can be accommodated in separate rooms with 4 kings and a queen sleeper, not counting the living room where one more couple can sleep on a pull-out sofa.
