- All rentals paid one month before move in date by certified funds or cash, long terms in advance monthly,obligatory $75 cleaning charge which can be taken out of deposit after leaving.We also accept paypal for our overseas visitors to help with exchange problems,5% surcharge.When we return a deposit sent through pay pal we will return what we actually received which will mean that you will pay 2 lots of charges and we strongly advise you to research the possibility of finding a way to send us funds by cheque , money order or travellers cheques .As a special courtesy to our repeat renters we do not take any resevations from first time renters until after sept 1 for the following winter(dec through may).of course our repeat renters are welcome to book any time
- This is a non smoking property, no smoking anywhere on property or in the grounds, charges with be made for special smoke cleaning in case of violators. We regret that no pets of any kind are allowed.Our cancellation policy is that if you cancel after paying the deposit we will attempt to re rent the unit and will return your money if we are succesfull.The rent in full is due one month before you move in .
