- All of the bathrooms were brand new in 2008, with heated ceramic floors and heat lamps in the ceiling. The outdoor shower is at the guesthouse and has both cold and hot water. We pay close attention to the condition of all of our towels and they are replaced right away when necessary.

- There are 3 bedrooms in the cottage, sleeping 6, a queen bed in the master and a twin/twin bunkbed in each of the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room of the cottage. There is a queen bed in the guesthouse bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room in the guesthouse, sleeping 4. We do pay close attention to the condition of all of our linens and they are replaced right away when necessary.
