Duck Creek Village Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $300/nt, $1,650/week, $25 ea add person/12. Add $50 per night and $300 per week for holidays.
- $300/nt....$1650/week Add $50 per night and $300 per week for holidays. $25/nt per person over 12 people.
There is a 3 night minimum stay for weekends between Memorial Day thru Labor Day plus all major holidays.
$300 security deposit (Refundable upon inspection of property at check-out).
With prior authorization a damage deposit of $400 with an additional cleaning fee of $25 may apply for pets.
$100 cancellation fee. If canceled 30 days prior to arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus cancellation fee. If you cancel after that date, we will refund the security deposit and cleaning fee but we reserve the right to keep rental amount. If we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period, we will refund the rental amount or a prorated share as appropriate.
