If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your planned arrival date, your reservation deposit will be refunded less a $10 processing fee. If reservation is canceled with less than 30 day notice, and we are unable to re-book the property, we reserve the right to keep the full rental amount. If we are able to re-book the property for all or part of the period, we will refund the rental amount or pro-rated share (less the processing fee). We are unable to refund room nights for early departures
