Deposits: $500 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to the $500 damage deposit due at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund if canceled 60 days prior to reservation. We strongly suggest that our renters take out travel insurance especially during hurricane season. - Full rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival.
Maximum of 8 occupants in Casa Paloma(Sleeps 8 Comfortably).
Minimum Age Limit is 25.
