102 Ann will feel like your own home.: You won't be bumping into other tenants. Apartment B is the only rental at 102 Ann Street, so the owners are very focused on making you comfortable. While the owners live in the same large building, the tenants and owners have separate parking, entrances and waterfront porches. PLEASE USE OUR WEBSITE FOR BOOKING. Fees and security deposit.: There is a booking fee of $25. The cleaning and laundry fee is $75. There are no occupancy taxes charged. A non-refundable fee of $101 will be charged for each pet.
