50% of Total rental fees are required at booking and the remaining is required (10) days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than (14) days prior to arrival than total amount is due and payable at time of booking

If Paying by Check or Money Order, Payment must be received 20 days prior to arrival to allow sufficient time for payment to clear our bank before arrival.

Weekly rate is for 7 Nights. Check-in time 1PM on day of arrival and check-out time is 12pm on day of departure. Please contact us if other arrangements are requested
