Orlando International airport is 35 minutes and Sanford 60 minutes. This spacious air conditioned 2 story villa completed in October 2005 has a private heated swimming pool, 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, the other double is downstairs with bathroom, also 2 twin bedrooms. There is a comfortably furnished lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The villa has the added luxury of being on a secure gated community, and is part of a beautiful golfing facility with all the amenities one could require.
