A deposit to secure the reservation of $250 is payable immediately you have made the booking. Your deposit amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation and other conditions may also apply (see cancellations). If you book within 4 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due at the time of booking. The balance of your rental cost is due not less than 28 days prior to arrival. As a Security Deposit, guests will also be required to have a major credit card pre-authorized for the amount of $400. Alternatively, guests may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan, underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company. The Security Deposit Protection Fee ($45) will cover up to $3,000 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence is not covered and will result in additional costs. Guests to advise the management company which option they selected when completing the Registration Form. - From initial date of booking up to 28 days prior to the arrival date 100% of the deposit payment only

- The master bath is beautifully decorated with the decor matching the master suite. The twin bathroom has a jungle decor to match the jungle theme bedroom. Cute large stuffed giraffe and lion for the children. (Many comments about how much the children enjoy this room.

- Beautifully furnished master suite with a pillowtop mattress. There is plenty of storage in the huge dresser and walk-in closet. The window treatments and beautiful bedspread make you feel as though you are on a romantic get-a-away. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom is great for those who have a difficult time with the stairs. No need to go anywhere but the first floor, which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Just one step outside the patio door is an enclosed jacuzzi spa/pool and patio. The patio door has an alarm and a patio lockbar for the safety of the children. The alarm can be turned off if one chooses not to use it.

The amenities are a plus, and include a club house, game room, billiard tables, ping pong tables, movie theater and a state-of-the-art fitness center. For the children, a pool with a slide, water jets and play grounds are provided. Amenities for the adults include a lagoon pool, a bar area by in pool the community, tennis court, sand volley ball court, hot tub and spa, just to name a few. A sundry shop is also in the club house if you need sun block, a treat or a drink.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal. It has a huge pantry to store your groceries. Also provided are a coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, blender, and telephone. Bring your phone card to make long distance calls. Also on site are dishes, utensils and cookware. There are a supply of linens and towels for your stay. Upstairs is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience. We have also provided an iron and ironing board.
