If you enjoy fishing, hunting, swimming or snowmobiling, this property offers it all. If you enjoy snowmobiling you can leave from the front yard onto the lake or up over the hills in the back. Easy access to all trails that lead to Canada, Maine, and Vermont. In the summer you can fish, canoe, kayak and have family cookouts.

We are located right on First Connecticut Lake, one of the most beautiful scenic areas in New England. We are 10 minutes from the Canadian Border and 15 minutes from Vermont. You have many options to enjoy all of the beautiful eye taking views, deers, moose, pheasants. There are many outdoor activities like fishing, fly fishing, hunting, canoing, kayaking, snowmobiling. Sit down for a home cooked meal at one of the local family restaurants and pubs.

Leave from our front yard that is right on First Connecticut Lake. You have access to all trails!
