Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 50% deposit and 50% to be received one week before rental week.
- In the event of cancellation any less than one month before the time reserved, refund of advanced rental deposit will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time.If the latter occurs, I will retain a $100.00 administration fee.
- A $1000. security deposit for seasonal rental is required to be made out on a separate check with final payment and will be returned within three weeks after lease expiration, less any amount deducted for excessive damage,or extra cleaning.
