Just bring your luggage. Our immaculate four bedroom home on historic South Street has what you need for the perfect escape to the Cape. The entire home has been completely renovated. There are hardwood floors throughout the house. Central A/C. A fully appointed custom kitchen with granite countertops opens to a bright dining alcove that seats 8. A door from the kitchen brings you to the terrace in the backyard. There is stockade fencing surrounding a large landscaped backyard with the woodlands beyond. Enjoy the beauty of nature while using the gas grill, or take a relaxing outside shower after coming back from your short stroll to either Bass River beach (.3 mi) or Smugglers beach (.4 mi). Back inside, windows line both sides of the fireplaced livingroom. There is ample seating for everyone to enjoy the large screen satellite tv with dvd.

Located in the historic village of Bass River in South Yarmouth. Whatever you are looking for is close at hand. There are two beaches within walking distance. A fantastic bakery is just a few houses down the street. The town just completed a walking path all the way down South Street to the beaches. Enjoy all that the area has to offer. Waterfront dining, golf, boating /fishing charters, fascinating shops, movie theater, bowling/arcade, batting cages, driving range, Zooquarium, restaurants, ice cream, and more. There is a live performing arts theater a few blocks away to enjoy the local artists. Explore further out on the Cape in either direction to visit the Truro Vineyard or the Falmouth Vineyard for their wine tours. Whale watching expeditions aim to please.
