Isabela House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning fee of $75.00 required at time of arrival.
- 50% of the rental fee is due within 7 days of making the reservation to secure your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arriving. The cleaning fee and a security deposit of $250.00 is due at time of arrival in the form of cash or money order. The security deposit is refundable at the end of rental as long as there is nothing missing, damaged, or excessive cleaning to be done to the property.
- Cancelation Policy: A full refund of deposit will be made if cancellation is made in writing at least 2 months prior to arrival date. Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made after 2 months prior to the arrival date.
