Taos House Details
Arrival/Departure, Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Arrive anytime after 4 PM. Depart before 10 AM. Let us know if you need to come earlier or leave later - we will accommodate you if possible. A credit card number required at the time of reservation to secure your dates. A check for 50% due within ten days of booking. Final payment due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation more than 30 days (60 days for Christmas, New Years and Spring Break) before arrival will result in a 15% of total reservation handling fee. Less than 30 days (60 days Christmas, New Years & Spring Break) before arrival, forfeiture of 100% of full reservation unless property is rebooked for your entire stay at the same rate. If booked for less, refund will be pro-rated less 15% of original reservation handling fee. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Security Deposit, Liability & Guest Responsibility: Security deposit on Casa Del Sol is $250. Security deposit is held against potential damages and/or excessive cleaning and is refunded within 14 days of departure. Waiver of Liability: Guests agree that neither owners nor their agents will be held liable or responsible for personal injury, accidents, loss of life, loss of valuables or personal property due to fire, theft or any catastrophe or natural disaster which might occur at subject property during contracted stay. Should there be more overnight guests than the number disclosed in the contract (other than prior approved visitors), the guests will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. Let us know if there are last minute additions. Guests found conducting illegal activities on the premises will be asked to immediately vacate without a refund.
Smoking and Pets: Casa Del Sol is NON-SMOKING. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
