This home is located on a private drive that dead ends into Lake Delavan. The House is about 400 feet from the waters edge and the rental includes a boat slip for your boat and the hot spot for ice fishing. 2 rooms with a Queen bed and 1 king size bed in master with private bath, towels and linens included for all. Large futon sofa and chair (can be used for sleeping). Located 20 minutes from Alpine Valley (skiing and concerts). Also very near to Lake Lawn Lodge a Resort with a beautiful golf course for summer months and The Geneva Grand that offer numerous winter sport opportunities and an indoor water park. Both the Geneva Grand and Beautiful Downtown Lake Geneva are within 15 minutes of us.

There is plenty to do in Lake Delavan. 12 miles from Lake Geneva Shopping, Lake Delavan is on of the top 10 fishing lakes in Wis. In winter month ice fishing is allowed and there are plenty bait shops in the area. If you like to ski Alpine Valley Ski Hill is a 20 min. drive. Many excellent dinning experiences in the area and some of the best Friday night all you can eat fish fries! or if you just want to kick back and relax at home very private from on lookers.
