50.00 per night rental deposit to reserve dates, balance due on arrival date. Cleaning fee is $65.00. Damage deposit of $200.00 is 100% refundable less damage 1 weeks after departure date. Cancellation fee of 50.00 per night for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
