30% rental deposit to reserve dates, balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cleaning fee is $50.00. Damage deposit of $200.00 is 100% refundable less damage 1 weeks after departure date. Cancellation fee of 25% for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
