- One night rent on a credit card will hold your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Cancellations received 30 days prior to check in will result in a refund of deposit less $50. For stays of 14/nts or longer and between 12/17-1/7, the days required for full payment and cancellation change to 60. Call for length of stay and last minute discounts.
