Cleaning fees included. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 TO RENT THIS PROPERTY.10% DISCOUNT TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS ! This discount is only for weekly rentals, not for weekends or monthly rentals.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change. Monthly rentals are entitled to a free cleaning (floors and bathrooms) halfway thru your stay, if you choose. - I accept checks (must clear before your arrival date) or money orders. Paypal also accepted with prior approval from owner. Extra fees will be charged for Paypal use. Payments should be sent to owner.
