This three bedroom, three and a half bath, newly constructed home (each bedroom has its own bath and private sea-view terrace) offers tranquility and your choice of air conditioning or fans and screens give you the perfect ventilation. A fully stocked kitchen awaits all gourmet chefs with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and in-refrigerator ice maker. The living room opens to another ocean view terrace, complete with a built in dining area, which is perfect for romantic meals.
