Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- High Season rate 2012-2013 @ 1,200.00 per night flat rate.
- $150 cleaning fee applies to all stays, $1500 deposit applies to all stays
MID WEEK SPECIAL! $ 790.00 per night. Tues, Weds, and Thurs. nights only. Cant be used as part of a weekend stay, WEEK STAY, or during Holiday periods.
Major Peak season & Holidays are charged @ $1,200 per night flat rate.
Peak Season runs from Nov 15th,2012 Thru the last week of April 2013. - 2012-2013 peak season starting Nov. 15th 2012 thru Last week of April 2013
$1200 per night. This increase is based on the addition of 1100 sq. feet to
Include 5 Bedroom, additional living room, additional full Kitchen,
