Up for your consideration is this lavishly appointed 900 sq ft modern luxury loft, located in a 24/7 full-service concierge building. This loft is tastefully furnished with contemporary, modern minimalist pieces. Fully equipped with large plasma tv (HDTV/DVR/premium movie channels), high-speed internet, plush towels, and high thread count linens - this loft is designed to spoil seasoned business travelers and savvy vacationers alike. Sleeps 5 (+2): Loft is currently set up with a double bed and a day bed (twin size). Upon request, owner will provide 2 additional queen-size Aero beds and bedding, to accommodate up to 5. We also have a studio suite (with a second bathroom) available for combined rental. This studio unit has a queen size bed and can sleep 2 people.

This loft is within easy walking distance to so many major landmarks such as the Statute of Liberty, New York Stock Exchange, South Street Seaport, World Trade Center memorial site, Century 21 Discount Shopping, Hermes, Tiffany & Co, Cipriani's, etc. Its proximity to downtown's financial center makes this the perfect Manhattan hub for both business and pleasure. There are many subway lines within 2 blocks radius. While parking is available on-site (contact garages directly), having a vehicle is unnecessary. We're centrally located!
