Weekly Rentals- A $500. Refundable Deposit will reserve this home for you.
Monthly Rentals & Groups under 26 have a $1000. Refundable Deposit.
Rental payment and cleaning fee due at time of check in.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or deposit may not be refunded.
All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200/Group/week during Summer & Spring Break, Additional $100/Group/Week at most other times of the year. Full rates at Sunnystay dot com.
